The color of tea leaves turn to even more beautiful.

We are starting the process of putting black nets on our tea field. Although we got behind this process a week compared to the past year, sprouts is growing so well. The tea fields looked "tea trees" itself, but now they looks apparently glossy, fresh,and brilliant so that we can obviously see"fresh tea". I can't express how leaves are exactly, but they look absolutely beautiful. We put black nets on the tea fields to make tea leaves green from yellow- green."Chlorophyll" brings about the color change. The tea leaves covered by black nets try to increase chlorophyll in order to efficiently use little sun light.Then tea leaves' color turn to "green" from "yellow-green".Besides, the tea leaves covered by black nets have rich flavor, on the contrary they have few astringency. Tea picking season starts!
