We have started unplanned tea picking .This is our fourth tea picking.（Forth-grade tea）

Apparently, after picking third-grade tea leaves, the shoot grows again. In order to make the best first-grade tea next spring, we have to cut off those shoot. Whichever cutting off the shoot for making tea field fertilizer, or making tea products for shipment, we have to cut off the shoot. Therefore we decided to do the latter plan on Monday, and today was the third day of tea production.

We manage our tea fields in spare moments from tea picking work. I feel cooler working outside than inside of the house because of winds. But there are few people working outside because of this crazy weather. I recommend you to keep your tea leaves in a cool place to preserve it. ［In case you keep tea leaves in a refrigerator］ Put tea leaves in plastic bags in order to keep the tea scent.
