Do you know how we cut tea plants’ roots?

When I work as a cashier, some customers often ask me “It seems the factory is quiet, so are you guys free during this season?” Whenever I receive this type of questions, I always reply “The factory is quiet, however, we are working at tea fields.”

Currently, we are in the process of deep plowing tea fields deeply. We do this process in order to increase air quantity inside the soil by digging tea fields, which helps tea plants’ roots grow better.Since roots are cut by this process, this must be done only in the appropriate season, when tea roots under the ground grow well.

The riding-type machine is really useful, because we can use it in some processes just by replacing its part.We use it when we cultivate tea fields, fertilize or compost manuring, and pruning. 《For deep plowing → Main unit with a part for deep plowing manuring 》 《For fertilizer manuring →Main unit with a part for fertilizer manuring 》 《For compost manuring →Main unit with a part for compost manuring》《For pruning →Main unit with a cutting blade》 After the deep plowing, tea fields look like after being scattered by moles.( See a picture below)
