Time flies. We’ve already finished the 2nd-grade tea picking.

1st-grade tea, 2nd-grade tea were produced while I didn't update the blog for three months. Now we are in the process of pruning and cutting off weeds.

The 1st-grade tea was produced through this process, which tea trees were covered by black nets (baron) as usual. We also covered the 2nd-grade tea as many as possible. This process (of covering tea trees by baron) needs many hand, although it is difficult to get enough hand these days. So we really appreciate people who help us every year. Now the tea industry is mechanizing, however, we do need man-power for this process.

The process is divided into three sections, pruning tea trees’sides(path), pruning the surface of the tea trees, and arranging until it looks perfectly beautiful.

When the sprouts start growing again, it will be the time for the 3rd-grade tea picking.
